Commitment to Quality

Test Devices’ quality management system, commitment to continual improvement, and certification status is proof of our desire to provide customers with the best quality equipment and testing services. Examples of our commitment to quality include:

  1. 100% of all hardware manufactured to Test Devices’ drawings are dimensionally inspected by our inspectors.
  2. Measurement accuracy for measuring a diameter: 0.000018 of an inch (CMM in scanning mode)
  3. Spin tests are carried out to comprehensive technical plans approved by our quality group and customer.
  4. All test data is reviewed and approved by our quality group, then documented on a certificate of conformance (COC)
  5. Test data for low cycle fatigue tests are audited to ensure compliance to speed and temperature requirements for each cycle and reported to the customer.
  6. Testing projects are subject to a gated review system including:
    1. Preliminary Design Review (PDR)
    2. Critical Design Review (CDR)
    3. Assembly Readiness Review (ARR)
    4. Test Readiness Review (TRR)
    5. Post Test Review (PTR)
  7. Three customer-trained designated quality release personnel (DQRs) for self-release of parts.
  8. Approved vendor list with yearly quality audits and ranking based on vendor performance.
