Hiro Endo

Hiro joined the company in 2008. As the Chief Technology Officer, he leads strategic initiatives for new business development, oversees research and development efforts, and manages operations in engineering and testing. With expertise in spin testing, gas turbines, geared transmissions, advanced structural analyses (FEA), and vibration-based machine health monitoring technologies, Hiro plays a pivotal role in driving innovation within the organization.

Prior to his current role, Hiro held positions as a critical parts integrity & lifing analyst at Rolls-Royce PLC in the UK, a structural dynamics consultant at Renzo Tonin & Associates in Australia, and a PhD researcher with a scholarship from the Defence Science and Technology Organization in Australia. He is a dedicated member of AIAA, having previously served as the chairman of the New England section from 2021 to 2023, and has contributed as a reviewer for the MSSP Journal and has sat on the board of the Machine Failure and Prevention Technology Society. Hiro holds a PhD and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering from the University of New South Wales, as well as an MBA from IE Business School.
