For over 30 years, Test Devices has built a reputation for unparalleled safety and innovation in the specialized field of high speed rotational testing. Our work spans aerospace, automotive, energy, and medical markets, and our customers include General Electric Aviation & Energy, Rolls-Royce Aerospace & Energy, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell Aerospace, Cummins, Honda, Beckman Coulter, Siemens, ABB Turbo and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
In response to our customers’ evolving needs, we have developed equipment and methods to test rotating components under more realistic operating conditions. Data obtained under such conditions helps our customers improve the accuracy of their lifing models, reduce the risk of engine test cell failures, shorten testing programs, and reduce test costs.

New Facility
Test Devices has built a new facility located at 571 Main Street, Hudson, MA.
The new 25,000 square foot facility (expandable to 50,000 square feet) improves our ability to respond to customer requirements for spin testing services and spin test equipment. Additional services, such as automated machining and non-destructive inspection, are planned for the future in the new location.
We have worked hard to satisfy our customers. This new facility demonstrates our commitment to provide the best services, best equipment and best response.
Test Devices has four full spin test facilities operational with a fifth system scheduled to come on-line in 2008. Additionally, plans are underway to add a sixth system, greater than 1.5 meters, in 2009.
